Meditate with Me – A One-on-One Meditation Experience!
Now, more than ever, we are searching for ways to simply relax!
You may have heard that meditation is one of the key practices to still the mind and relax the body.
Science has researched the practice of meditation and proven its benefits in increasing serotonin, our ‘happy’ hormone, which regulates our moods and affectively reduces anxiety and depression.
Yet you may be struggling and have found that practicing meditation on your own is not as easy as it seems!
And that joining a group just brings up the fear of not ‘doing it right’ or not being able to relax enough to enjoy the experience.
Now you can experience a one-on-one meditation with an experienced meditation guide without the outside stimulus of other people and external distractions.
When you connect with me, online via Zoom, we will discuss what it is you would like to experience during your 20 minute journey inwards.
If you are brand new to meditation, I will guide you with a simple process that will support you to calm your mind and relax all parts of your body and take you on a guided journey inwards.
If you are already an experienced meditator and would enjoy being guided on a journey that will support you with where you are in life right now, then this Meditate with Me meditation will support you to discover your own inner wisdom and find that clarity to move forward.
I will guide you with my voice and with specially chosen instrumental sound and music to accompany you on your journey inwards.
Your personalised meditation will be recorded and then shared with you as an mp3 to download and listen to for future enjoyment. I look forward to meeting you and guiding you on you journey to inner calm and peace!
